But when you’re unbeaten and atop the polls, surviving is all that matters. Plus, every team that wins a championship has to win a game like Florida won Saturday somewhere along the way.
The Gators escaped, 23-20, against Arkansas and were outplayed most of the way. But the lesson to be learned Saturday is a familiar one.
If Tim Tebow is within striking distance in the fourth quarter, he’s going to beat you. Go back to the BCS National Championship Game last year. Go back to the SEC Championship Game a year ago.
