OTTAWA — The police in Windsor, Ontario, arrested two men on Saturday who were linked to Luqman Ameen Abdullah, the imam of a Detroit mosque who was killed by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents during a raid in Dearborn, Mich., on Wednesday.
Mohammad Philistine, who is also known as Mohammad al-Sahli, and Yassir Ali Khan were the last of 10 suspects to be arrested on a variety of charges, including illegal possession of firearms, conspiracy to sell stolen goods and mail fraud.
The agents of the F.B.I.’s counterterrorism squad had also intended to arrest Mr. Abdullah on the same charges.
