Missing law student called 911, police say

state-missing_law_studentMIAMI —  Authorities have learned a missing 28-year-old Florida International University law student called Miami Beach police three days after he was last seen by his friends.

According to a news release, Tom Daniels wasn’t reported as a missing person when he called 911 on Nov. 5.

He was transported to a local hospital, but the medical center doesn’t have any record of treating or registering him at the facility.
